ELECTRICAL SYSTEM III

VIA DETECTORS

The track detectors are used to be able to know where a train is at all times and for the activation of signals or accessories such as barriers etc.
Some detect track consumption either by engines, wagon lights or some resistive element that connects the two rails.

This diagram shows two detectors of the MIBA magazine that work for alternating or direct current, the first detects in only one direction and the second for both directions the output can be applied to a relay or other device that is needed.

This diagram shows two detectors of the magazine MODEL RAILROAD that work for direct current, the first detects in both directions The second is for DCC detecting the signal of the decoder of the loco, the output can be applied to a relay or other device that is needed.

Other detector schemes and their connection, the output can be applied to a relay or other device that is needed.
